It's been quiet on my blog recently as I've been moving house, again. I'm now happily unpacked and ready to go in my new flat. Moving from a 3 bedroom house, where we used two of the bedrooms as studios, to a 1 bedroom flat seemed a bit impossible. But our living room now neatly houses a music studio, design studio, and space to stretch out and read a book. Downsizing was quite therapeutic as it made me whittle down the things I really didn't need, and they have now all found new homes to go to. I didn't think it would work but somehow it does!
The walls, however, are still looking rather bare and I've been having a look around for things that catch my eye. I'm also on the lookout for useful things like pen pots and notebooks with the firm belief that useful can also be beautiful. Here are a few things I found on Folksy, all handmade, that I thought I'd share with you.
I'll share some photos of my new studio space once it's looking suitably colourful but, for now, feast your eyes on these delights.
